What we collect
When you submit the request form we collect the name, phone number, email address, service address and job details you provide. When you call or email us we keep the contact details and correspondence needed to service the request. Our web host records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, schedule and perform work, issue estimates and invoices, and keep records required of a licensed California contractor. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Who we share it with
Information is shared only with people who need it to complete your job — our technicians, and where a job requires it, suppliers, permitting authorities or subcontractors. We may disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
Job records, estimates and invoices are retained as long as California contractor record-keeping and tax rules require. Enquiries that do not become jobs are retained for up to two years.
Your choices
